    An advanced deposit of 20% is due 7 days after making reservations. Reservations are not confirmed until deposit is received at the offices of Grand Shores West, 17350 Gulf Blvd., North Redington Beach, Florida 33708.

    Cancellations:
    Cancellations must be made 21 days prior to arrival date to receive full refund of deposit.
